Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility
Age Requirement — 21 Years Minimum

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jlhot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be satisfied.
3.1 In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:
- You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the jlhot Platform or any gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

3.2 jlhot reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Account Registration
4.1 To access real-money gaming features on jlhot, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, and a unique username and password.
4.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jlhot Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered in your own name or using a different name or contact detail to circumvent this restriction — is strictly prohibited. jlhot reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts immediately upon discovery;
- Void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with any duplicate account; and
- Retain any funds held in duplicate accounts as an administrative penalty, subject to applicable Philippine law.
4.3 You agree to notify jlhot immediately if any of your registered information changes, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or banking details. Updates to contact information linked to KYC-verified accounts require re-verification. jlhot is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration information current.
4.4 jlhot reserves the right to decline account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Account Security and Passwords
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password, any one-time passcodes (OTPs), and two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You agree to immediately notify jlhot via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. jlhot will take reasonable steps to investigate and, if appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution. However, jlhot shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
5.3 jlhot staff will never request your password or full two-factor authentication code by any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be reported to jlhot's security team immediately.
5.4 You accept full liability for all activity conducted through your Account, including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted, unless and until jlhot confirms in writing that access to your Account has been suspended following a valid unauthorized-access report.
Deposits and Payments
6.1 Deposits to your jlhot Account may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 All transactions on the jlhot Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. For USDT deposits, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied to convert the deposited amount to PHP.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Method-specific minimums and maximums are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
6.4 jlhot does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's GCash account, bank account, or card will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

6.5 jlhot is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit is not reflected within the stated processing window, contact jlhot support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
7.1 Withdrawals from your jlhot Account are subject to the successful completion of KYC identity verification. A valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth card, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID) must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal is processed.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified KYC documents. jlhot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of any stated arrangement between the Player and a third party.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Method-specific minimums and maximums are displayed on the Withdrawal page at the time of the request.
7.4 jlhot targets the following withdrawal processing times once the withdrawal request passes internal review:
- GCash / Maya: 5–30 minutes (standard tier); expedited for VIP Platinum and Diamond members
- BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: 1–2 banking hours
- USDT TRC20: 30–60 minutes after approval
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 banking business days (card network processing time)
7.5 jlhot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations.
7.6 Bonus funds credited to your bonus wallet are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds become withdrawable real-money funds only after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met on eligible games.
Bonuses and Promotions
8.1 jlhot may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when a bonus is accepted.
8.2 Unless a specific bonus page states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all jlhot bonuses:
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your bonus wallet. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
Bonus Abuse
jlhot reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-variance game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or affiliate programs.
8.3 jlhot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively, where there is evidence of abuse or where a technical error in the promotion setup has resulted in unintended player advantage.
Game Rules and Fairness
9.1 All games available on the jlhot Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or on the applicable game information page. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to matters of game mechanics, and these Terms apply to matters of account management and financial transactions.
9.2 All RNG-based games on the jlhot Platform use independently audited certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or by jlhot operations staff.
9.3 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game information pages within the jlhot lobby. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, display errors, or payment processing errors — jlhot's technical log constitutes the authoritative record of the game outcome and any associated financial transaction. If jlhot's records show that a bet was not accepted, any wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. If records confirm a win, the win amount will be credited accordingly.
9.5 jlhot reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where it determines that the result was influenced by technical error, software bug, or external interference. Any amounts paid out in error due to a technical malfunction may be recovered from the Player's account balance.
Prohibited Conduct
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlhot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
- Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with jlhot games or Account functions;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or any game for financial gain;
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker rooms;
- Engaging in money laundering or any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA);
- Using stolen payment instruments or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits;
- Engaging in unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction of Platform content; or
- Attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure by any means.
Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the jlhot Platform, including but not limited to the jlhot brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, written content, and software, is the property of jlhot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlhot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or interruption of service, even if jlhot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 jlhot's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlhot Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jlhot does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, though we take reasonable technical measures to ensure continuous and secure service.
12.4 jlhot is not responsible for any financial or other losses resulting from your gambling decisions, including losses incurred during game sessions on the Platform.
Privacy and Data Protection

Account Suspension and Termination
15.1 jlhot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21 years;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
- A valid order from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory authority or court; or
- Extended Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without a deposit, withdrawal, or wager.
15.2 In the event of Account closure by jlhot due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus funds in a bonus wallet are forfeited automatically upon Account closure for Terms breach.
15.3 You may close your jlhot Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, after deduction of any applicable outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
Amendments to These Terms
16.1 jlhot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
